Park your car in your reserved space behind the building and walk to the convention center,Secrets,other restaurants, take bus to the inlet, or boardwalk trams. Also miniature golf, parasailing, jet skiing,museums, amusement parks,golf, excursions on the water are all available in Ocean City, & Fenwick Island (just a short drive up or down Coastal Highway)
Ocean breezes are wonderful making the porch deck "the place" for reading,eating, morning coffee, watching the sunrise, and sundowners for the evening crowd.A great place for board games,cards & family gatherings.
All units are available for rent during the months of July, August, and September. Weekly Rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Out by 10 AM, In by 3 PM. Keys and check in will be on site at the Surfside Main Haus next door.Check calendar (on sidebar) for availability.Check out our photos of each unit.
Rates for 2010 are $1200/week plus 4 1/2% Ocean City Room Tax and 6% Md State Sales Tax. ($126/tax) All are among the finest you'll find in Ocean City for this low rate. Many weeks are already reserved.
Bahia Mar is the 2nd house from the beach. Terrific location for children.

Each condo is fully equipped for your vacation needs. WiFi available. Central air. Each Kitchen has dishwasher,glass topped stove, disposal, & microwave. Vacuum cleaner & cleaning supplies provided for your use in each condo. Kitchens are fully equipped. Patio beside cottages with the grill is available for all guests use. Courtesy is the name of the game.
Outdoor showers at rear of building and under Surfside Cottages next to the shared laundry room. 2 E and 2W have own laundry stackables in their units. Lending library and board games are also in the laundry room. Take what books you want and leave what you want for the next person.
We have beach chairs and a few beach umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. A basketball hoop is located in the street in front of Surfside.
Parking is available for two cars per condo in private parking lot in the back.Surfside has one space per unit. Please drive carefully and slowly. Children at play and coming home from the beach.
The Bahia Mar and Surfside Cottages are private family owned buildings with 4 condos + the 2 cottages next door. We want you to thoroughly enjoy your vacation while a guest with us.
We will consider long weekends and mini weeks for Sept and early October only.
Dogs considered on a case by case basis. $ 300 additional deposit for 1 pet. They MUST BE CHILD AND FAMILY FRIENDLY and ok'd by owner and written in the guest accomodation agreement as to type and size of dog.They must also be leashed and under dog owner's control at all times. Local ordinances regarding pets must be adhered to by pet owner. Bahia Mar and Surfside owners have no liability for guests pet accomodation. Pets only in 1East, 2 West,2 East & Bocci Cottage. 1West & Potter Cottage will remain pet free.

We have 1 high chair, a handicapped portable toilet, and an umbrella stroller that may be borrowed if requested ahead of time.
