Park your car in your reserved space behind the building and walk to the convention center,Secrets,other restaurants, take bus to the inlet, or boardwalk trams. Also miniature golf, parasailing, jet skiing,museums, amusement parks,golf, excursions on the water are all available in Ocean City, & Fenwick Island (just a short drive up or down Coastal Highway)
Ocean breezes are wonderful making the porch deck "the place" for reading,eating, morning coffee, watching the sunrise, and sundowners for the evening crowd.A great place for board games,cards & family gatherings.
All units are available for rent during the months of July, August, and September. This includes week of July 4th which starts June 29. Weekly Rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Out by 10 AM, In by 3 PM. Keys and check in will be on site at the Surfside Main Haus next door.Check calendar (on sidebar) for availability.Check out our photos of each unit.
Rates for 2008 are $1200/week plus 4 1/2% Ocean City Room Tax and 5% Md State Sales Tax. ($114/tax) All are among the finest you'll find in Ocean City for this low rate. Check calender for availability. Many weeks are already full.
Bahia Mar is the 2nd house from the beach. Terrific location, wonderful beaches, Great neighbors,great views. 1E,2E.1W sleep 6. 2 W sleeps four.

Each condo is fully equipped for your vacation needs. WiFi available. Central air. Each Kitchen has dishwasher,glass topped stove, disposal, & microwave. Vacuum cleaner & cleaning supplies provided for your use in each condo. Kitchens are fully equipped.
Outdoor showers at rear of building and under Surfside Cottages next to the laundry room. Parking is available for two cars per condo in private parking lot in the back. Please drive carefully and slowly. Children at play and coming home from the beach.
Clotheslines and clothespins are provided for sandy beach items.Please use the lines rather than the porch rails.
Laundry Room facilities are under the Cottages at Surfside next door.
Lending library and board games are also in the laundry room. Take what books you want and leave what you want for the next person.
The Bahia Mar and Surfside Cottages are private family owned buildings with 4 condos + the 2 cottages next door. We want you to thoroughly enjoy your vacation while a guest with us.
We will consider long weekends and mini weeks for Sept only.Pets considered on a case by case basis. $ 300 additional deposit for pets. They must be family and kid friendly and ok'd by owner and written in the guest accomodation agreement.
